Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping options

• Standard shipping: FREE on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for $8.
• Express shipping: $15.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location once your order leaves our studio.

Booked for an install?

Order your hair at least 7 to 10 days before your appointment so it arrives on time. Hair is required for your install, and your appointment cannot go forward without it.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs are paid by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages

Once the carrier marks a package delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.
