A Single Strand Technique
9D micro feather hair extensions are a single strand technique. Each featherlight piece is applied one at a time to its own micro section of natural hair, so the weight is spread evenly and nothing sits in heavy rows or tracks.
Micro K Tip Placement, Brazilian Knot Concept
Every piece is placed on the same small, precise section of your natural hair as a micro K tip install, then secured with a Brazilian knot concept: a hand tied knot instead of a keratin bond. You get the even placement and natural fall micro K tips are known for, with no glue, no heat and nothing bonded at the root.
Feather Crochet and Brazilian Knots vs The Illusion Knot Method
A feather crochet install loops regular feather crochet hair through small sections with a crochet hook. Brazilian knots wrap bulk hair to small sections of natural hair with thread. The Illusion Knot Method℠ uses ultra fine 9D micro feather hair made from 100% raw hair, applied single strand on micro K tip sized sections and tied by hand, so each knot lays flat and disappears into your natural hair.
