All hair sales are final

Your Illusion Knot Micro Feather Hair is reserved for you the moment your order is placed and is held at our Stockton studio for your install day, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If something is wrong with your hair

If your hair is damaged, defective or not the texture or length you ordered, email theillusionknotmethod@gmail.com before your install day with your order number. We will replace it or make it right.

No shipping needed

Your hair is held at the studio for your appointment, so there are no shipping fees.

Your install

Hair is not included in the install price. Founding Client installs are $1,700 and Model installs are $1,500. A $300 retainer holds your date and goes toward your install, and the balance is due at your appointment in cash or Zelle.

Rescheduling

Give at least 48 hours notice and your retainer moves to your new date. With less notice, or a no call, no show, the retainer is forfeited. Your hair stays reserved for you either way.

Before you book

Your natural hair must be at least 4 inches long, and longer is best. Send 3 photos for a free photo check before you buy so we can confirm your length and bundle count.
